CAATE requires Program Directors seeking initial candidacy status to complete the following Registration Form. You may not continue with the application process until all fields have been entered and the form has been submitted.

The non-refundable registration/application fee will be invoiced and must be paid within 30 days of receipt. Payment instructions will be included in the emailed invoice.

Upon receipt of payment the CAATE will finalize the review of your application. Upon approval of application the program will have access to tools within eAccreditation and subject to an annual fee in subsequent years.
